In 2017, the Good Vibes Project was created in an effort to help spread positivity +  support to victims of depression, anxiety, and survivors of suicide attempts. These victims awaken each day wanting it to be their last, and often times, comfort is found in a container – sometimes one filled with alcohol, prescriptions and/or food – creating a deadly cycle.

The goal of this project is to provide comfort to victims with their own container (a jar) of positive and inspirational notes from complete strangers. Notes can be read by them in the comfort of their own homes on days when they’re feeling their lowest. It is my hope to inspire them to keep fighting and have hope for their future.

Thank you for helping me help save lives. This project helped save mine.
